1. General Rule: No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

- Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.
- Periods during which you did not use the Service.
This applies regardless of whether the subscription is monthly or annual.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again.
We do not offer refunds for the remaining time in the current billing period after cancellation.
3. EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right under Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, subject to the following important limitation:
When you purchase a subscription to the Service, you expressly agree that we begin providing the digital service immediately upon payment, and you acknowledge that this means you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
